Jose M. Pazos, CMCA, LCAM is a Nationally Board Certified Community Association Manager. He is also a licensed community association manager by the State of Florida. Mr Pazos was honored by the South Florida Business Journal as one of the 40 best and brightest young professionals under the age of 40 Class of 2013. Most recently Mr. Pazos was selected as one of the TOP portfolio managers in the United States by the Council of Community Association Professionals. for the years 2014, 2015 and 2016. Mr Pazos is also a former U.S. Marine Sergeant and combat veteran of both Afghanistan and Iraq. He founded the company in 2006 and has managed countless associations of all sizes. He has taken fractured condominiums on the verge of receivership and brought them into solvency. He understands that responsiveness, clear communication and accurate detailed accounting of the associations operations is the key to the success or failure of the association.
